Responsibility :
- Conducting comprehensive site inspections and audits to identify potential health, safety and environmental hazards
- Developing and implementing safety policies, procedures and training programs to mitigate risks
- Monitoring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental legislation and regulations
- Investigating incidents and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture across the organisation
- Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management
- Ensuring the efficient and compliant disposal of waste and hazardous materials
- to perform any other entrusted & requested by Management
Requirement :
- Bachelor's in engineering, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
- At least 7 - 10 years of experience in HSES management, with a strong background in the mining or heavy industry sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and regulations
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE management systems, K3LH, ISO, ISO 14001 (awareness), ISO 45001 (awareness) Service Manajemen, Waste Management, Kaizen 5S, budgeting, SMKP, dll.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Willing to be place at Morowali, Central Sulawes.
