Job Description
Requirement :
- Ensure the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
- Maintain and build up good relations with stakeholders.
- Initiate & execute project planning for yearly CSR in accordance to current social mapping & regulation.
- Planning, budgeting, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating CSR activities to enhance the company's positive image.
Implementing community development programs.
Clasification :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Social Development and Welfare/Comdev/Management.
- Minimum 5 years work experience as a CSR in the Plantation/Mining sector.
- Have experience in liaising with various stakeholders.
- Have a good communication & negotiation skills.
- Have a good understanding regulations related to mining permits.
- Experienced in planning and implementing community development programs, property development projects.
- Experienced in planning and implementing community development programs, with additional experience in PROPER (Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan dalam Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup), in accordance with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry regulations.
- Willing to be place at Morowali, Central Sulawes.
